Holidays include the weeks surrounding Easter, Christmas, and New Years. Thanksgiving is not charged at Holiday rates.
Pool/Spa heat is recommended October-May. Pool heat is required to heat the spa beyond the temperature of the pool. Additional charge for Pool/Spa heat is $25 per/day or $150/week.
Stays of less than 1 week incur a cleaning fee of $130
