When we decided to build our second luxury vacation home in Windsor Hills Resort, it was our youngest daughter’s turn to pick the decor for the themed bedrooms and name the home. Cayley is almost 10 and loves to play. Her loving and playful personality has always reminded us of Stitch from the Disney hit movie “Lilo and Stitch.”  She is an excellent fast pitch softball player and loves to swim.  Her idea of a perfect vacation is a week at “Lilo’s Paradise” going to as many water parks as possible!

“Lilo’s Paradise" is a fully-equipped 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom luxury vacation villa.  The home is located in the newest section of Windsor Hills Resort - Windsor Hills Reserve. ”Lilo’s Paradise”  is situated on an incredible lot - no one overlooks our yard or pool, and there is a beautiful view from the backyard.  The pool and spa get full sun all day while the lanai stays shaded.  One of the nicest features of “Lilo’s Paradise” is it's location within Windsor Hills Resort.  Located about 6/10 mile from the Windsor Hills Clubhouse,  ”Lilo’s Paradise” is in a quiet area that is not burdened with a lot of traffic. But best of all – the northern facing backyard provides a wonderful view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the pool, lanai and family room!

“Lilo’s Paradise” offers everything you will want to make your Disney Vacation truly magical!  We tried to think of everything a guest might want or need while on vacation.  We provide books, games, DVDs, and toys throughout the home, luxury linens, pool towels, baby items, a BBQ Grill, and even tote bags for use at the theme parks or big pool!  Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and TV/DVD.  There is a 50-inch plasma TV in the family room with a DVD player and PS2 game system.  There are even about 20 PS2 games (with extra controllers) for kids of all ages!  The game room in the garage includes a full-sized professional pool table, a wall mounted TV, a bar table with chairs, and a wooden train set for our younger vacationers! The gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless applainces, and is truly equipped with everything you need or want to fix a quick snack or a large meal for the entire family. It is our intent that your family can truly LIVE in “Lilo’s Paradise” and call it your home away from home! We try to keep many "basics" in the kitchen to help you save a little money - items you may are likely to find in the “Lilo’s Paradise” kitchen include spices, coffee, tea, coffee filters, salt and pepper, napkins and cleaning supplies! 

All of the bedrooms in “Lilo’s Paradise” are tastefully decorated and furnished to the highest standard.    “Lilo’s Paradise” sleeps 13 guests in 3 king sized beds, 1 room with 2 twin beds, 1 room with bunk beds (twin over full), and a queen pull-out sleeper sofa in the family room.  The master bedroom features double sinks in the bathroom and a 30-inch flat screen TV. One of our favorite rooms in “Lilo’s Paradise” is the "Finding Nemo" themed kid's room.  This room has bunk beds (twin over full) and is painted to look like an underwater scene.  Nemo, Dory and all their friends swim under the bunk bed and all over the walls.  If you look around closely, you may even find Arial and Flounder!  There are "Finding Nemo" and "Little Mermaid" DVDs in the "Finding Nemo" themed room.  Our second themed kid's bedroom is a "Lilo and Stitch" room.  The brightly painted room includes 2 twin beds, adorable Lilo and Stitch comforters and "beach-style" decor.  There are several "Lilo and Stitch" movies in the room. Both of the themed kid's rooms have an adjacent bathroom that is decorated to match! Our girls have a hard time choosing which room they like best!
